The Exciting Role
A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Trainee Lecturer in Motor Vehicle to join our student-focused team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background or passion for Motor Vehicle who is looking to take the next step into teaching. As a Trainee Lecturer, you’ll be supported to develop your teaching skills while sharing your industry knowledge and inspiring the next generation of automotive professionals.
You’ll work in well-equipped workshops alongside an experienced and supportive team, helping learners develop practical skills, build confidence and achieve industry-recognised qualifications. Full training and development will be provided, including support to work towards a teaching qualification.
The successful candidate will be primarily based at Accrington & Rossendale College but may be required to travel across sites.
The College’s Trainee Teacher programme will include funding for your teaching qualification, as well as mentoring support and coaching from our experienced team.
