The Exciting Role 
A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate and enthusiastic Part-Time Hourly Paid Lecturer to join our Foundation Programmes team.

Our Foundation Programmes team is a highly successful, learner-centred provision that supports young people to develop the confidence, knowledge and skills needed to progress into further education, employment and independent adulthood. Working with Entry Level and Level 1 learners, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers, achieve meaningful qualifications and realise their ambitions.

The team is made up of dedicated and experienced professionals who are committed to delivering ambitious, inclusive and engaging learning experiences. We pride ourselves on our supportive and collaborative culture, where colleagues work together to share best practice, innovate and continually improve outcomes for learners. The provision has a strong reputation for developing learners' personal, social and work ready skills through employer projects, community partnerships, work experience opportunities and enrichment activities. This ensures our learners are well prepared for their next steps and can make a positive contribution to their communities.

This role offers the opportunity to teach and inspire some of our most rewarding learner groups while working within an Outstanding college environment that places teaching, learning and student success at the heart of everything it does. The successful candidate will be primarily based at NCC but may be required to travel across sites.

This post could suit an experienced practitioner looking for flexibility or a newly qualified teacher looking to make their mark within an Outstanding organisation,

What You Will Be Doing:
• Teach & assess on a range of Foundation programmes from Entry Level 2 to Level 1.
• Develop high quality curriculum plans and resources that are responsive to the needs of the local and regional landscape.
• Complete reviews of learner progress towards achievement of individual learning goals.
